Volquartsen's disconnector is CNC-machined from 416 stainless steel. The machining process allows several design changes to the way the disconnector functions. Material has been added that increases rigidity over the current design. This increased rigidity not only improves trigger pull but also will improve overall functioning as it will prevent any binding or interference that can be found on the prior design and factory design. This is due, in part, to variances in the factory frame tolerances. The CNC-machined design also features an integral pin without the step found on the factory design. Volquartsen has also machined the pin that comes in contact with the trigger plunger round to reduce friction as it moves over the trigger plunger. Fits Ruger MKII, MKIII and 22/45.

11/16/2013 These are excellent, with none of the quality issues of the earlier titanium ones. Volquartsen hit a home run with this part.
