Effective January 9, 2013:
A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all returns. This
fee is to help us recover some of our original shipping costs and credit
card processing fees (we get charged a fee when we charge your
card and make a refund).
Shipping charges are not
refundable and we cannot accept returns on special order
items. Items returned within 30 days of the Invoice or Sales
Receipt date and in new, unused, and unopened
condition in the original manufacturer's packaging,
with all accompanying accessories and paperwork will be
refunded for the original purchase price, less the 10% restocking fee. Items
not returned within 30 days of the Invoice or Sales
Receipt date or not in new, unused, and unopened
condition in the original manufacturer's packaging,
with all accompanying accessories and paperwork are
subject to a 35% restocking fee (the fee is higher as we can no longer sell these items as New).
Ship the item back to us using
the carrier of your choice. Please include a copy of the
original sales receipt or invoice with the item. Shipping
charges are not refundable.

If we made an error with your order, we will pay to have
the item shipped back to us and ship the correct item to
you ASAP.
Rimfire Sports offers free shipping on orders within the
USA with the intent that the item will be
successfully delivered on the first try and not returned.
If an order is returned by the shipper for any reason,
the customer will be notified of the return and will be
given a choice of either a refund, less the 10% restocking fee + and any return fees impose by the
shipper, or pay for reshipment of the order.
All Warranties are through the
manufacturer only. No warranties are expressed or
implied by Rimfire Sports & Custom. Returns due to
defective Merchandise and errors in packaging by the
manufacturer must be made directly to the manufacturer
for repair or replacement.
