Tactical Solutions' "Pac-Lite" is an ultra lightweight aftermarket receiver/barrel assembly for the Ruger® MK I, MK II, MK III™ and the .22/45 semi-automatic pistols.

Pac-Lite barrels come in 3", 4.5", 6", and 8.5" bull barrel lengths, as well as a 4.5" bull barrel with a threaded end. The barrels are anodized in black, gray, olive drab green, red, blue, and purple.

All Pac-Lite barrels, except the barrels with threaded ends, are fluted either in the anodized color, or fluted after the anodizing process, which leaves the flutes in a polished silver aluminum. Pac-Lite barrels utilize the original pistol's factory frame, bolt, and mainspring housing. Each Pac-Lite barrel comes equipped with Tactical Solutions unique front and rear adjustable sights and hardened stainless ejector.

The unique design is visually striking, and the weight reduction, together with the added balance of an assembled gun, is immediately astonishing. Most importantly, the Pac-Lite Upper Receivers are extremely accurate and fun to shoot.

Pac-Lites offer the best combination for tremendous weight reduction, superior balance, sufficient rigidity, and outstanding accuracy. The Pac-Lite upper receiver is machined from solid aircraft 6061- T6 aluminum bar. The Pac-Lite upper receiver/barrel or receiver/barrel is machined as one piece thus enabling the barrel to have perfect concentricity and facilitating superior accuracy.

All Pac-Lite Upper Receivers fit Ruger® .22/45 & Ruger® MK I, MK II and MK III™ semi-auto pistols and utilize the original frame and bolt.

The Pac-Lite Upper Receiver is the serialized portion of the gun and federal law requires that Pac-Lites be shipped directly to a dealer with a Federal Firearms License (FFL). It is your responsibility to make arrangements with a dealer with an FFL to accept delivery of the Pac-Lite for you. Before we can ship the Pac-Lite, your dealer must send us a copy of their FFL. A faxed copy (to 703-729-9207) is acceptable but the FFL number must be legible. Pac-Lites cannot be shipped outside of the United States.

Orders for PAC-LITEs will not be processed until we receive a signed copy of a FFL from a dealer that you have selected. Please make sure that your dealer sends us a copy of their FFL promptly as orders for PAC-LITEs are processed in the order the FFLs are received, not in the order the orders are placed. Please have the dealer indicate who the FFL is being sent for. We will not match an FFL to an order unless the dealer has indicated either the customer's name or the order number with the FFL. A copy of an FFL can only be used with one order. This ensures that we have the correct dealer and that the dealer has agreed to accept the transfer.
