Tired of buying an entire Ruger 10/22 just for the receiver? Now you don't need to!! Volquartsen's Superlite replacement receiver for the Ruger 10/22 is an affordable way to start building a high quality semi-auto 22lr. Volquartsen's receiver is CNC machined (no castings) from a solid billet of aircraft quality aluminum which is then hard anodized to provide for years of enjoyable shooting! The CNC machining process eliminates the burrs and rough surfaces that can be found in cast receivers. These burrs can create a "drag" on the bolt which can affect the performance of the rifle. Each receiver is coated with a special lubricating finish that eliminates the need for frequent lubricating. The receiver is designed to be used with both Ruger factory bolts and trigger guards or for the ultimate shooting performance it is also compatible with Volquartsen's TG2000 trigger guard and their CNC Competition Bolt. The Superlite receiver is then fitted with a Picatinny style base. Each receiver comes with a hardened steel locking v-block, retaining screws, stainless steel receiver cross pins (2 supplied), and a hex head take-down action screw. This receiver is a must for any shooter looking to build up a semi-auto 22lr rifle. Federal law requires that the receiver be shipped directly to a dealer with a Federal Firearms License (FFL). It is your responsibility to make arrangements with a dealer with an FFL to accept delivery of the receiver for you. Before we can ship the receiver, your dealer must send us a copy of their FFL with an original signature. Dealers can fax a signed copy of their FFL to 1-888-622-2240. Orders for receivers will not be processed until we receive a signed copy of a FFL from a dealer that you have selected. Please make sure that your dealer sends us a copy of their FFL promptly as orders for receivers are processed in the order the FFLs are received, not in the order the orders are placed. Please have the dealer indicate who the FFL is being sent for. We will not match an FFL to an order unless the dealer has indicated either the customer's name or the order number with the FFL. A copy of an FFL can only be used with one order. This ensures that we have the correct dealer and that the dealer has agreed to accept the transfer.
